Inspired by our cookery school guests who have travelled from far and wide to learn, cook and stay here in the Dorset countryside, we have gathered a collection of beautiful homewares that have been created especially for our farmhouse shop for you to enjoy every day.

How to place an order

Select your purchases and click on the ‘add to cart’ button next to your favourite goods.  This will add your selected items into the shopping basket and a running total will be visible.  Once you have finished making your selections, click on the checkout button and a list of your items will appear along with the purchase price and postage costs.  Next you will be invited to complete your payment and add an address for delivery details. All items shown on the website are subject to availability and if, due to circumstances beyond our control, an item is not available, we will be in touch to discuss your order. If you require parcels to be sent to different addresses then each will be subject to individual postage costs.

Making a Payment

Pay by PayPal

All prices quoted are in £ British Pounds (sterling). We accept credit/debit cards, which are processed by PayPal via a secure on-line encrypted payment system and PayPal can accept credit or debit cards from MasterCard and Visa.

Payment by IZettle

Please get in touch and we will send a secure link by text or email for you to complete your transaction securely.

Payment by Bank Transfer

Make your payment directly into our bank account using BACS. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will only be shipped when the funds have cleared in our account.  If this is your preferred method then please contact us for our account details.

Payment by Cheque

When checking out you can select to pay by cheque. Please send your cheque made payable to Lisa Osman trading as Provisio and post to:

 All Hallows’ Farmhouse, Wimborne St Giles, Dorset, BH21 5NJ United Kingdom

Please write your order number on the back of the cheque. Your order will only be shipped when the funds have cleared in our account.

Delivery

Delivery can be made anywhere in mainland United Kingdom. Delivery outside of this area is possible, but please get in touch before placing your order so that we can advise courier costs. We regret it is not possible to delivery to PO boxes or shipping agents.

All goods and gift vouchers are sent once full payment is made via online transfer or cleared funds have been received. 

Delivery is made using Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier dependant on the parcel size and weight.  Please anticipate 2-3 working days during normal circumstances but these times may be extended at busy periods and due to circumstances beyond our control such as peak demand, weather or pandemic.

Parcels

Weight of a maximum 2 kgs. will be sent by Royal Mail second class signed for service

Parcels in excess of 2 kgs. in weight and a maximum 30 kg will be sent by Parcel Force or courier.  Delivery should be made within 2 working days within mainland United Kingdom.

This service may exclude certain destinations in the British Isles. Please contact us by email to confirm delivery to your preferred delivery location.

We are unable to accept liability for failed or late delivery due to incorrect personal details given at the time of placing order.  Please check that we receive a contact telephone number or mobile as well as full address information.

We are unable to confirm a time of delivery but these will be made during working hours of 8 am and 6 pm.  It is also possible to arrange to ‘click and collect’ from the farmhouse but we will need to pre-arrange a time beforehand.  Please do not call without an appointment as we would hate for you to have a wasted journey and our location is a little off the beaten track.

Orders are processed Monday – Friday and we aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your payment.  Orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday.  If there is any delay we will contact you by email.

We take great care to package your goods so that they arrive safely and do not accept liability for goods damaged in transit.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Obviously we want you to be pleased with your purchase but if you are not entirely satisfied, the distance selling directive allows you to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the item. However products can only returned if they are unopened and undamaged. Please note that in this case you will need to pay the return delivery charge however we will refund you the full amount that you have paid for the product including the original delivery charge. Unfortunately we cannot accept proof of postage as proof of receipt for the goods and the refund will be only issued if the products are received by us and are in a good condition.

Whereas every effort is made to supply high quality goods as shown, if the goods are different to your order, we will send you a replacement or a refund for the full amount including the original delivery charge. For any claim to be accepted, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the items on 01725 551185 or email lisa@mulberryfig.co.uk

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights remain unaffected by these terms and conditions.

Following GDPR guidelines, we only use the information that we collect about you to process your order and to provide you with the best possible online service. Governing Law

We are located in England so all of our terms and conditions are governed by English law.  This is irrespective of where our clients and customers are based.

Whilst we work really hard to ensure that the information contained in our website is correct and up dated when necessary, Mulberry & Fig and All Hallows’ Farmhouse (Lisa Osman trading as Provisio) cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service, products or the prices (or any content thereof) without any notice.
