Formulated to avoid the use of cling film, beeswax wraps have become a familiar accessory in every sustainable cooks’ kitchen.

Here at the cookery school we use them to wrap around sourdough loaves as well as store cheese. They are also ideal to place over a bowl to keep the contents covered.   The natural wax and resin coating is released from the warmth of your hands as you wrap around the contents.  This creates a seal to prevent bread from drying out and for the wrap to remain in place.

We advise that wraps are not used for raw meat or fish products.
