An opportunity to treat someone you love (or yourself) to a full day exploring the farmhouse gardens, learning new countryside inspired skills as well as ample time to enjoy a seasonal lunch and relaxing, quintessential cream tea to complete the day.

Immerse yourself in the walled garden to gather herbs and cut flowers as you enjoy a guided tour around our newly extended cut flower beds and the established potager. We will share tips from our experience of growing flowers for the farmhouse guest rooms as well as selling to local shops. Two ‘hands on’ flower arranging workshops are included during your visit and you will take home a hand tied, seasonal arrangement as well as a wreath ring filled with perennial aromatic herbs or dried flowers.

A guided tour around the cutting beds before you are welcome to help yourself to a florists bucket to fill to the brim with flowers and foliage.
Learn how to condition your stems to ensure longer vase life.
We will demonstrate how to make a hand tied bouquet so that you can gather your favourite collection together, creating your very own floral arrangement to take home.
Relax over a seasonal lunch served in under the Mulberry tree or in the farmhouse.
Afternoon hands on workshop to create a moss filled seasonal ring arrangement using perennial herbs or dried flowers from the garden
Enjoy more time exploring the cut flower beds as well as an opportunity for questions.
Finally indulge in a delicious afternoon tea of homemade cake, freshly baked scones with clotted cream and jam.
