Every day gluten free AGA cookery class
A new addition to our courses, this class has been developed following personal experience and the need for a complete change of diet during the first lockdown of 2020.
This full day course includes delicious week day meals, quick and easy recipes that can be cooked from scratch using a variety of flours as well as our gluten free sourdough starter.

All of our recipes are made completely from scratch. No short cuts here to avoid fillers and packers which create havoc with a sensitive digestion. Instead we are taking advantage of the best that the seasons offer as well as incorporating exciting new flours that bring taste and variety to our menus.
Realistically we know that most households demand delicious meals in super quick time, so we will show you how a little bit of planning at the weekends, goes a long way to ensure you have great tasting meals for the whole family all week.
We will also share our gluten free sourdough recipe, which has been developed since early spring 2020 and you will be welcome to take home a jar of starter so that you can create your own loaves straight away.
