A day packed full of fun and inspiration to get the most from your AGA

Our latest cookery course is all about selecting the best seasonal ingredients and cooking them simply.  It is also the perfect opportunity to have a day where you will cook and dine within a small group of like-minded AGA owners.

Learn some new tried and tested recipes that you will want to cook time and again.  We are sure you will be adding these methods to your steadfast favourites as well as learning kitchen tips and tricks along the way.  We will even show you how to adjust each dish to suit the time of year.

How the day works: You arrive in the morning from 10am, or you may prefer to book one of our farmhouse rooms and stay overnight. Either way the kettle is always on and fresh coffee will be ready to serve along with some homemade shortbread or English muffins warm from the AGA.  We will make the introductions and encourage you to share your AGA experiences throughout the day!

The class will be a combination of ‘hands on cookery’ and demonstrations in the farmhouse kitchen.  The tasks will be shared between us all and by the end of the morning we will have prepared a three course lunch along with canapes.

We also have a lovely helper to make sure all of the washing up magically disappears.

Then we will all dine together and enjoy a late lunch, which will be served to you in the garden.

At the end of the course you will take home a file full of useful recipes, tips and information and we will send electronic copies of your recipes too.  If there are any questions that arise after your time with us, Lisa promises that you can contact her at any time for help and advice over the phone or email.

The day will draw to a close by 3.30pm

Cooking with friends beside the AGA is also available to book for a private group and is ideal for team building events too.  We will offer this class every season, so if you would like to secure your place on all four events during 2018 there is a 10% discount.
