Join a small, friendly group for a midweek cookery demonstration beside the AGA followed by afternoon tea in the walled garden. Arrive at 2 pm for introductions and relax with a glass of fizz.
Make your way to the farmhouse kitchen and enjoy a forty minute demonstration with Lisa Osman who will show you how to make fresh cream dairy butter, mascarpone and dark chocolate, almond nut butter. She will also share some spring cookery tips and recipe ideas using home grown spring herbs and edible flowers.
The delicious treats made during your demonstration will be served alongside scones warm from the oven and a vegan chocolate cake with ample pots of Dorset tea, as well as home grown Moroccan mint tisane. Before your departure, take time to explore the cutting garden where we grow flowers for the guest rooms as well as the potager where you can borrow and trug and some snips to gather a posy of fresh culinary herbs for use in your kitchen.
The afternoon cookery and afternoon tea experience will draw to a close at 4.30 pm
