Escape to the pantry at All Hallows Farmhouse with our news and updates…
Over the last eight weeks, all of us have all been staying in touch differently. At the cookery school, we have continued to send a newsletter to subscribers, and we wanted to keep everyone updated in our journal too.
The bank holiday weekend brought us sunshine and a time to remember everyone who gave so much in years gone by. It was also a time to reflect and be thankful to all of the front line personnel in our community that are putting themselves at risk today and every day.
Online Bakery & Cookery Classes
Baking has always been a traditional British pastime, but it’s never been more popular. Over the last few weeks, we’ve loved lending a hand with home schooling and offering online tuition to children of friends and neighbours. We are excited to share the news that we’ll soon launch online classes for both conventional and AGA cooks – whatever your age!
The popular AGA cookery ‘back to basics’ class will soon be available to download. Get to grips with your beloved cast iron range in your own kitchen. An ideal class if you have just moved or are discovering the joys of a pre-loved AGA.
Online bespoke tuition will be available to book. This class is suitable for more experienced cooks. For the time being, we will also offer tutorials using both Face Time and Zoom rather than the residential weekend in Dorset. These ‘one to one’ classes will be held over a series of days or you may prefer to book evening slots to suit you.
Intensive classes will include pdf recipes as well as a series of video clips that you can play time and again. Lisa still promises to be available to answer any cookery questions following your course.
Feel more comfortable using Face Time than Zoom?
