Following judging at the Chocolate Academy earlier this year and then attending two intensive courses at the International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao, Lisa has developed a range of fine chocolate tastings for groups as well as added to our comprehensive AGA cookery classes for guests wishing to hone their skills.

Whether you wish to gather a group of friends together to learn about this ancient crop, its history and how it is cultivated, as well as appreciate the importance of aroma, taste and profile of fine chocolate. Or perhaps you simply wish to indulge beside the open fire and enjoy one of an expertly baked chocolate afternoon tea; we now offer a range of classes with a wide appeal.
