Talented Norwegian food stylist and photographer Maria Villmones Bondeson achieved her ultimate goal with the ‘world’s best cake’. This great story all began with a trip to Dorset to attend Karen Barnes food writing course which we host here in the historic village of Wimborne St Giles.

Karen is the editor of ‘delicious.’ the award-winning food magazine and we have been excited to host several of her popular food writing weekends in our Georgian farmhouse and AGA approved cookery school.
